Welcome to Unified Collective ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to our online community platform and all related services; "Member" refers to any individual who has registered for our Service; "Content" refers to all materials shared within the community; "Platform" refers to our Telegram community channel

3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Eligibility

- Members must be at least 14 years old
- Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Subscription Terms

- Monthly subscription fee $27 incl. 11 Day free trial
- Billing occurs monthly depending on the day of purchase / when the 11 Day free trial ends
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

3.3 Cancellation Policy

- Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal where Members can manage their subscription: https://bit.ly/stripe-cancellation-unified
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period

4. Community Rules and Conduct

Members agree to:- Treat all community members with respect
- Not share discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
- Not spam or promote unauthorized commercial content
- Keep community access credentials private
- Not share community content outside the platform

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Member Content

- Members retain ownership of their original content
- Members grant us a license to use, display, and distribute their content within the community
- Members are responsible for ensuring they have rights to share their content

5.2 Our Content

- All community materials, resources, and proprietary content remain our property
- Members may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission

6. Privacy and Data

- By using our Services, Members consent to the collection and processing of their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy- Data collected during subscription, including payment details and access logs, is processed to manage their membership and ensure service delivery- Any information shared on our Platform is visible to its members and is subject to Telegram’s policies. We are not responsible for the actions of other users- Any disputes regarding the use or handling of your data will be addressed per applicable data protection laws and regulations- Members acknowledge that external platforms (e.g., Telegram) are responsible for their data handling practices, and our liability is limited to actions within our direct control

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:- Terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any loss or damage arising from community interactions
- Service interruptions or technical issues

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
